Year Representatives meeting minutes:

• Met with volunteers to be year representatives for the Charity Committee

• Role of Year Reps:

• Be person of contact for each year group, so that if anyone needs help with doing small scale fundraising they will have someone to talk to for support

• For bigger projects, the year rep will be the link between the committee and the persons fundraising – the committee can decide how to offer more support (either with more manpower or money)

• Smit will design a poster for to go in form rooms, providing information and contact info about the year reps

• Reps will go around form rooms next week to make themselves known to their respective years:

• Dhihram – year 7

• Will – year 8

• Maciej – year 9

• Rhim – year 10

• Akash – Year 11
