So far there has been brilliant fundraising at charity concert, homeclothes day, commem, debate on homelessness, and Fifa tournament.
Estimated fundraising total is around £1500 already this year.
Year Representatives have gone out to the forms to be contacts for fundraising ideas to provide opportunity for lower years to get involved.

- raising awareness on homelessness happened last week (debate, Homelessness Day, Commem) hand out leaflets on the first day of next half-term + posters up on Homelessness
- Competitions: Fifa, table tennis…
- “Wear your own tie” day, “Christmas jumper” day
- Drama performance to raise awareness on sofa surfing – Ms Fooks (21st Nov TBC)
- “Sleep out” event – Ms Romano, most likely taking place next Summer
- Quiz night 28th Nov
- Old Clothes Sale in week 28th November to 2nd December
Planning to also use Reading Half Marathon and the Green Park Challenge, along with a water station, to fundraise for YoungMinds. This will be organised this half term for March 19th. We will be trying and get as many people involved as possible.
Jon has also gathered a small team to organise Fountain of Life fundraising next term.
I hope to have a meeting at the end of this term to talk about the successes, and plans for next term.
